Shipping
We ship to Portugal (mainland and islands), Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), the Netherlands, France (mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy (mainland), Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Norway, Lithuania, and Hungary.
If the ordered product is out of stock, the order can only be shipped within 1 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. If this timeframe is too long, please contact our Customer Support (support@chesterboots.pt or WhatsApp: +351 912 189 829), and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Deliveries and collections in Portugal (mainland) and Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) are handled by Nacex and take place on business days until 7:00 PM. If you are not at the delivery address to receive the order, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. If the customer does not receive the order and requests a refund, shipping fees will apply.
In the Netherlands, France (mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy (mainland), Poland, Denmark, Estonia, Norway, Lithuania, Hungary, and Finland, deliveries and collections are handled by DHL and DPD. Customers can track their shipment. Since it is not possible to schedule or arrange delivery times, the delivery will be made by the carrier without prior contact. Therefore, it is important to ensure someone is present at the delivery address.
Deliveries and collections to Switzerland are also handled by DHL. As Switzerland is a non-EU country, additional fees or taxes may apply.
Depending on the destination country, product prices include VAT or other applicable taxes; however, they do not include shipping costs or import duties.
No shipments are made on public holidays.

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a free exchange of the item(s). We only accept size exchanges for items that were purchased and are currently in stock.

In the case of a return, the refund will be processed in the following days using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made via MbWay, the refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that the time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment method used.
There are no costs charged to the customer in case of product returns.
