The “Seller”, CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA., offers products for sale on the website www.chesterboots.pt, and its e-commerce services are available exclusively to end users (consumers).
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” or those that do not comply with the Seller’s general conditions of sale.
The customer must provide the seller with a correct and complete email address or other contact details and accepts that the seller may use these details to contact them if deemed necessary. Such data will be handled in accordance with our personal data protection policy.
The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. strives to ensure that all items listed for sale on the website are in stock. However, it reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders for products that are no longer in stock. In such cases, the customer will be informed and refunded for the amount paid.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. may refuse orders if it is unable to verify the payment information provided by the customer. The company is not obliged to justify such refusal, although it may do so at its sole discretion.
The customer will be charged the price of the product in effect at the time the order is placed at checkout.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time without prior notice. Such price changes will only apply to orders placed after the changes have been made.
In the event of a clear pricing error that can be reasonably recognized by the customer, the customer acknowledges that CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. is not obliged to supply the products at the lower price.
The customer should be aware that the final price of their order may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of purchase.
Promotional campaigns carried out on the CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. website cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions and/or discount codes and are limited to existing stock.
The offers displayed on the website are valid only at the time they are shown, unless otherwise stated on the site.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. is not bound by any offer in the event of spelling mistakes, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies in the information presented on the website.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale agreement made under such errors.
CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. shall only be liable for damages suffered by the customer if such damages result from breaches attributable to CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. of its contractual obligations towards the customer, or if such liability arises under applicable legal provisions.
We ship to Portugal (Mainland and Islands), Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands), the Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy (Mainland), the United Kingdom (Mainland), Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Norway, Lithuania, and Hungary.
If the ordered product is out of stock, the order can only be shipped within 1 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. If this timeframe is too long, please contact our Customer Support Service (support@chesterboots.pt or WhatsApp: +351 912 189 829), and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Deliveries and collections in Portugal (Mainland) and Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) are operated by Nacex and carried out on business days until 7:00 PM. If the customer is not at the address to receive the order, they will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. If the customer fails to receive the order and requests a reshipment, shipping fees will be charged.
In the Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Norway, Lithuania, Hungary, and Denmark (Mainland), deliveries and returns are handled by DHL and DPD. Customers can track the location of their shipment. Please note that it is not possible to schedule or arrange a delivery time — the delivery will be carried out by the courier without prior contact. Therefore, it is important to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order.
Deliveries and collections to the United Kingdom (Mainland) and Switzerland are also handled by DHL. Due to Brexit, customs duties or taxes may apply. The same applies to Switzerland, as it is a non-EU country.
Depending on the destination country, product prices may include VAT or other applicable taxes; however, they do not include shipping costs or import duties.
No shipments are made on public holidays.

The customer has the right to cancel their order prior to shipment using the cancellation option available in their customer account area.
The customer also has the right to withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must access their account area and indicate their intention to cancel the contract before the withdrawal period expires. Alternatively, the customer may notify CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. of their decision by sending an unequivocal statement via letter or email.
Once CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. is notified of the customer’s intention to withdraw from the contract, a confirmation email will be sent from info@chesterboots.pt acknowledging receipt.
If the ordered item does not fit, the customer has 14 days to request an exchange.
To initiate an exchange request, the customer must fill out the form available in their customer account area, providing all relevant information about the product they wish to exchange. Only size exchanges of purchased items that are in stock will be accepted.
If the ordered item does not fit or is not to the customer’s liking, the customer has 14 days to request a return.

Conditions for Return Acceptance:
- Products must not have been washed or used;
- Products must retain their original characteristics;
- Products must be complete (e.g., both items of a pair must be returned);
- Products must not have been tampered with or show signs of use;
- Returns of semi-custom or fully customized boots made exclusively for the customer are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects (Article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014).
Physical retail stores selling CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA. products do not accept returns of items purchased through the online store. Likewise, the online store does not accept returns of products purchased in physical stores.
The products sold on the website www.chesterboots.pt may not exactly match their real appearance in terms of images and colors. Any differences in tone or small marks on the products are natural characteristics of the leather used.
Therefore, each request will be reviewed beforehand, and the customer will be informed of the decision taken. If the claim is justified and accepted, the corresponding price and shipping costs will be refunded.
The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
In the case of a return, the refund will be processed in the days following the receipt of the returned order and confirmation that it meets the return conditions. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be completed depends on the payment method.
In cases where a product return is applicable, no shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
