A – Sales conditions
The “Seller” “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.”, has products for sale on www.chesterboots.pt website, and e-commerce services are available exclusively to final consumers.
The “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.” reserves the right not process received orders from users who are not “Consumers” or those who do not agree with seller’s the sale conditions of “CHB – CHESTERBOOTS, LDA.”. The consumer shall provide to the seller an e-mail address, or another form of contact, that is correct.
The consumer accepts that the seller may contact him using such data, if he considers it necessary. The data provided by the customer is covered by our personal data protection policy.
B – Availability
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site is subject to availability.

However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. G – Dispatch
We ship to Portugal (Mainland and Islands), Spain (Mainland and Islands), Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy (Mainland), United Kingdom (Mainland), Switzerland and Denmark.
If there is no stock of the ordered product, the customer’s order can only be shipped between 1 and 10 working days after payment confirmation. If this period is too long, please contact our Customer Service (support@chesterboots.pt or WhatsApp: 912 189 829) and we will try to fulfill your request.
Deliveries and collections in Portugal (Mainland) and Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) are operated by Nacex and implemented on working days until 7 p.m. If the customer is not at the address to receive the order, he/she will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. If the customer does not receive the order and is interested in its reshipment, postage will be charged.
In the Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy (Mainland) and Denmark deliveries and collections are made by DHL. The client can track the location of its shipment. Since it is not possible to schedule the delivery, it will be made by the carrier without prior contact. Therefore, it is important to ensure that someone is at the address to receive the order.
Deliveries and collections to the UK (Mainland) are also carried out by DHL. Due to Brexit, fees or taxes may be charged. The same applies to Switzerland as it is an extra-community country.
Depending on the country of destination, product prices include VAT or other applicable taxes, however, they do not include shipping costs or import fees. We do not ship on holidays.

I – Order cancellation before shipping
The customer has the right to cancel his order prior to its dispatch using the mechanism available in his customer area.
J – Right of Free Resolution
The customer also has the right to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.
To exercise this right of free resolution, the customer must also access to the customer area, demonstrating the intention to terminate the contract before the cancellation period has expired.
The customer may also inform “CHB-CHESTERBOOTS,LDA.” of his will through an unequivocal statement sent by letter or email.
As soon as the “CHB-CHESTERBOOTS,LDA.” is notified of his intention to terminate the contract, an email from info@chesterboots.pt will be sent confirming the receipt.
K – Exchange
If the ordered item does not fit, the customer has 14 days to exchange it.
To make an exchange request, the customer must fill in the form available in their customer area with all the information about the product they want to exchange.
Only exchanges of sizes of items purchased and in stock are accepted.
L – Return
If the ordered item does not fit or is not like, the customer has 14 days to make a return. To make a request to return an order, the customer must fill in the form available in their customer area with all the information about the product to be returned. Conditions for accepting returns:
- The products have not been washed or used;
- The products maintain their original characteristics;
- Products are complete (eg both items in a pair must be returned);
- Products have not been tampered with or show signs of use.
- Returns of semi-measured boots and made to measure boots customized exclusively for the customer are not accepted, except for possible manufacturing defects (article 17º DL 24/2014).
The physical stores selling the products of “CHB-CHESTERBOOTS,LDA.” do not accept returns of products purchased in the online store. In turn, the online store does not accept returns of products purchased in physical stores.
M – Return of defective products
The products sold on the chesterboots.pt website may not exactly match the appearance in terms of image and colors. Any differences in tone or small marks on the products are natural characteristics of the leather used.
In this way, any request will be analyzed in advance, and the customer will be subsequently informed of the decision taken. If the claim is justified and accepted, the respective price and shipping costs will be refunded.
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to make a return.
N – Refund
In case of return, the refund will be processed in the following days after receipt of the order and confirmation of the return conditions through the same payment method used in the purchase. Please note the time of a refund depends on the payment method.

In cases of return’s the cost is supported by the seller.
