Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
We ship to Portugal (Mainland and Islands), Spain (Mainland and Islands), Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy (Mainland), United Kingdom (Mainland), Switzerland, Austria and Denmark.
If there is no stock of the ordered product, the customer’s order can only be shipped between 1 and 10 working days after payment confirmation. If this period is too long, please contact our Customer Service (email@example.com or WhatsApp: 912 189 829) and we will try to fulfill your request.
Deliveries and collections in Portugal (Mainland) and Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) are operated by Nacex and implemented on working days until 7 p.m. If the customer is not at the address to receive the order, he/she will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. If the customer does not receive the order and is interested in its reshipment, postage will be charged.
In the Netherlands, France (Mainland), Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy (Mainland), Austria and Denmark deliveries and collections are made by DHL. The client can track the location of its shipment. Since it is not possible to schedule the delivery, it will be made by the carrier without prior contact. Therefore, it is important to ensure that someone is at the address to receive the order.
Deliveries and collections to the UK (Mainland) are also carried out by DHL. Due to Brexit, fees or taxes may be charged. The same applies to Switzerland as it is an extra-community country.
Depending on the country of destination, product prices include VAT or other applicable taxes, however, they do not include shipping costs or import fees. We do not ship on holidays.
